Upholstery Buckram Backed - Anthracite

Similar to buckram in the very closely woven appearance and stiffness, this fabric has a latex backing for stability, durability and to mitigate fraying. It is malleable but due to its nature would be most suitable for upholstery rather than curtains. You could also use it for box cushions, or even bucket bags.

Final composition unknown but likely a polyester blend. 150cm wide.

Price is per HALF metre. Multiple quantities will be cut as a continuous length.

We always recommend that you prewash your fabric, especially if you will be washing your made items throughout their lifetime. 30˚ is a good standard with mild detergent, and we recommend line drying rather than tumble drying as this can lessen your fabric's quality. It is unlikely that you will need to iron this fabric, but if so use a cool temperature setting and iron on the right side to protect the backing.
