Simplicity 9646 - Misses' Tops Pattern

Simplicity Sewing Pattern for Pullover tops in two lengths are gathered into tucked yoke. Shorter top stops at high hip and offers ruffled neck and sleeves. Longer top has loose gathered sleeves, above elbow length. Both have tie front bow.
