Cancellation Policies
Please read our cancellation policy below carefully:

Unfortunately our classes are non refundable. Due to our small class sizes it is very difficult to transfer your booking to a different date. If you cannot attend a class and are able to notify us at least two weeks before the class starts, it may be possible to fit you in on another date but this is not guaranteed so please give us as much notice as possible to increase your chances.

In the event that we are forced to cancel a class, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund or swap your booking to another suitable date.

If a class is able to go ahead, we are unable to offer a refund for last minute cancellations if we cannot resell the space. As a small business, it is not financially viable for us to do so. Please take this into consideration before booking, as you may risk losing the cost of your class if unable to attend at the last minute. Please do get in touch, as we will always make an effort to fill your place if we can. There may already be a waiting list!


Gift Cards
Please note that our gift cards are valid for two years from purchase. If you are unable to book on to a suitable workshop during this period, they are also valid for use towards any products in our shop.
